Team [99] Member Rules
The following are the Standard Operating Procedure "SOP" All members are required to review and familiarize themselves with these rules periodically. The SOP will be sent via e-mail to each individual [99]-Team member for them to read. Once they have done this, they must reply via e-mail with “Agreed” or “Disagree”. Keep in mind that if you disagree, you are automatically discharged from Team [99]. These SOP’s are not up for discussion and are not negotiable. Only Central Command with or without Command Leaders may make changes to these SOP’s.

These Team Member Rules are set in place
as a basis for establishing the integrity and to preserve the Team as a whole.
All members are accountable for their actions.
1- SOP: GENERAL Any Violation of SOP are grounds for expulsion. All Members must follow the Command Structure.
- No Hacking or INI Modifications of any type or kind are strictly prohibited. Members caught using hacks will be banned immediately from the team, game servers, voice servers and websites.
- The use of the Team [99] Tags are mandatory for all Team Games
- No cheating accusations of any kind towards opponents.
- No gimping and No TK's (team kills).
- No penning [99] members.
- No smurffing ( imitating other players )
- Team Members participation in Team Ladders is required. 1 V 1 Ladders are not required. All members must be registered at Team Ladders They must keep their accounts current with their correct GUID "Global Unique Identifier". Non adherence to this rule may subject you to Discharge from the Team.
- All members must have own their computer, this is so that their IP is maintained for the record.
- Loyalty to Team and activeness in the Team activities is a must.
- Maintain Team communications protocol during matches, i.e.- no singing, no offensive noises during rounds, No Foul Language etc..
- Registration at members area of website is absolutely required.
- No "moonlighting you cannot be in [99] and be in different Team.
- Any use of [99] websites or communication software " Ventrilo" for Illegal activity is Strictly prohibited. (Deemed Lawless acts by city, county, state federal or governmental law.)
- No Discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, and age will be tolerated.
2- SOP: Communications Etiquette
- All members are required to have Ventrilo, you can download it at http://www.ventrilo.com/. It is highly recommended and important to keep yourself informed of Team changes, Tournament dates, etc...
- When you first log on please read the "MOD" message of the day.
- All members are required to be on the Team comm's while in game.
- Members must keep their intro name as short as possible
- Retired Team members (in good standing with Team [99]) may only use the voice communication server while playing online.
- All Team members are required to communicate Via Ventrilo at all times while participating in Team activities.
- Team members must announce when they are leaving Ventrilo communications (when practical). This will accommodate for last minute communications from command.
- Team members while in game during rounds must refrain themselves from carrying on conversations other than covering for their team members. Any conversations other than game related must be taken to a private channel. Make sure you go “spectator” in game while doing this.
- Team members must keep a civil tongue at all times. (Remember members families are within an ear shot of our communications and some language may be offensive to them)
- All disputes between Team members must be worked out amongst themselves in a private channel. Do not bring this into regular game channels. This will not be tolerated. If you need intervention from Command Leaders, please do not hesitate, do this immediately. This will ensure the situation does not get out of hand.
- All Team members must maintain communications equipment (microphone, headset, speakers, etc.).
- No singing, yelling, or offensive noises will be tolerated. If you feel the need to sing, go to a private channel.
- Remember players are still in game and need to be able to hear the ambient noises. Always cover those that are still alive in game. This will make us a better team.
- No comm’ing others, and no excessive comm’ing of Intel after having been killed. This is cheating!
3- SOP: Team TAG/Team ARM PATCH
- Team Tag. name and arm patch must be worn at all times.( In all rvs servers)
- Changing of Team Tags and Name is strictly prohibited.
- Each new Team member will be issued a [99]-Arm Patch.
- The Team tag [99] and Arm Patch is required at all times.
- A member will not participate in tournaments if they are not wearing their tags or patch.
- No changing of Team tag during Team matches. This is a violation of Team ladder rules and will cause forfeit of the match.
4- SERVER ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS
- Administrator's will follow these simple guide lines or their privileges will be revoked.
- All Team members passing their 30 day probationary period will be issued the server password.
- Password will only be issued by Central Command.
- Do not give the password to other members or non members.
- Having Administrative Rights does not give you direct authority over any other member whatsoever.
- Only one (1) Administrator at a time, to be determined by length of time in the Team (seniority).
- If leaving the server, reset all restriction kits to default kit.
- You must warn Players before you kick them.
- Ask for volunteers before kicking for [99].
- Do not kick or ban [99]-Team Members.
- Do not kick or ban players without warranted cause.
- Kick Players for excessive TK's, Team Kills, gimping and foul language only.
- Banning a player must be authorized by Central Command or Company Commanders only.
- Do not restart a round because of a penalty, unless the player that penned ask for a restart due to a mistake on his part, or they leave after the penn.
- Do not change a map unless you get a consensus from the group playing, namely [99].
5- RECRUITMENT AND NEW MEMBERS
Recruitment will be opened and closed by Central Command only. - All members have permission to recruit.
- Recruits must be the minimum age of (21).
- Team Members will be fully responsible for their recruit and must guide them through the process including their conduct and adherence to all Team [99] Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- The recruitment process will be a (14) day observation period. Each day of observation must include at least two (2) current Team members. Note: Observations may be extended due to unforeseen occurrences.
- After the initial (14) day observation there will be an e-mail sent to all current active Team members who have (2) days to submit their E-MAIL BALLOT to Central Command.
- Central Command will then tally the votes and will inform the recruit of the vote.
- The following criteria will be used by the voting team members: SKILL, DEDICATION TO THE
TEAM, TEAM PLAY, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, PERSONALITY, MAP KNOWLEDGE, TAKING
ORDERS, FOLLOWING ORDERS AND TEAM RULES. Note: Additional criteria may be used
to make a voting decision. All new Team members will be under a thirty (14) day
probationary period. Strict adherence to Team rules will be observed. Misconduct could lead to an extended probationary period and are also subject to disciplinary action (see Disciplinary Action)
6- Forum Rules
- Read them before you post something Be respectful of other people when posting on the message board. Foul Language, censored words will be replaced with [Admin Edit: For Foul Language]. If you continue to use Foul Language you will lose your forum privileges.
- " Discrimination " based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, and age will not be tolerated.
- Do not impersonate another member of the message board.
- Thousands of viewers read the message board on a daily basis. Please have something to say. A message such as, "anyone in here?" takes up countless minutes when the number of viewers who read the post is taken into consideration. Please make intelligent posts which have a purpose.
- Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
- Don't recruit on this forum for another Team or clan other than Team [99].
- Number of posts. There is no official number of posts that a person can leave in a day. However five is roughly the appropriate number. If a poster leaves numerous posts too often he/she will be warned, then if it continues to be a problem they will be banned.
- Individuals who violate these rules can be banned from the forum.
7- Absenteeism
- If a Team member is absent from the Team for more than 30 Days with out
notifying Command, they will be considered inactive, and they will be Discharged from the Team.
If a member is discharged for Absenteeism he must write Command with an explanation of why he was absent within 24 hours of Discharge. A vote will be put before Central Command and Command Leaders to whether to allow this member active status. This will be final. Reinstatement will be followed by a 30 day probationary period.
8-Disciplinary Action
"Special Circumstance" Central Command may
discharge any Team member for any violation of Team rules as they feel
necessary to keep the integrity of the Team as a whole. Any Violation of SOP are grounds for expulsion. Members caught using hacks will be banned immediately from the
Team, game servers, voice servers and websites by Central Command.
Disciplinary Actions will consist of the following.
- "Special Circumstance" Immediate Discharge from the Team.
- First (1st) offense will consist of a verbal warning by Command Leaders or Team Leaders.
- Second (2nd) offense will consist of Team member being taken into private channel to discuss the matter with at least two (2) Command Leaders and or Team Leaders. Team members voted out or discharged by the Command Leaders or Team may not appeal, this is final and can not be over turned
- Discharged Former members can not reapply.
